The mystery, graphic novel Psychic Detective Yakumo - The Red Eyes Know, or Shinrei Tantei Yakumo - Akai Hitomi wa Shitteiru, is based of the novel by Kaminaga Manabu in Nihon Bungeisha and later in by Kadokawa Bunko. Psychic Detective Yakumo - The Red Eyes Know was published in 2007 in the magazine Hana to Yume and ran until 2008 with a total of two volumes and nine chapters. It was written by the author of the novel series, Kaminaga Manabu, and illustrated by Ritsu Miyako.
Plot Summary:
Based on the novel by Kaminaga Manabu, Shinrei Tantei Yakumo, or Psychic Detective Yakumo, tells about a college student, Saitou Yakumo, who is born with different eye colors. His red eye gives him the ability to see ghosts and spirits. He believes ghosts and spirits are bound to Earth because of a certain 'cause', and simply eleminating this 'cause' will let the spirits rest in peace.
